  • As a close contact service, we are keeping a sharp eye on all new developments and will adjust our working conditions accordingly. Please be aware this may affect your treatment when booking in advance
  • A risk assessment has been carried out in November 2020 and is visible in reception
  • As at November 2020, we adhere to the following:
  • Wearing full PPE consisting of FRSM Type IIR face mask, face shield and wipeable plastic apron
  • window left open during treatment to maximise ventilation
  • Maximum treatment time 45 mins
  • Maximum supine (face up) treatment time 15 mins with client wearing face mask
  • 30 minutes in between clients to thoroughly ventilate clinic and disinfect the treatment room and any high touch areas in reception and bathroom
  • Box provided for clients to store clothing and items during treatment
  • Hand sanitiser and nhs track and trace station in reception within 1 metre of clinic entrance
  • Clinic door will be open before and after treatment, whenever possible, to minimise surface touch

Additional measures

  • All linens stored in a room outside of treatment room
  • Wherever possible, one therapist and one client in clinic at a time. Main clinic door will be locked during treatment.
  • End of day clinic fogging. The whole clinic will be disinfected with a fogging machine daily to provide the best assurance of clinic cleanliness
  • Daily cleaning checklist completed between each client and at the beginning and end of each day

Cancellation

  • Our standard cancellation policy is for the client to give 24 hours notice. This gives us an opportunity to fill the booking space and means we can give you the deposit refund
  • While Covid-19 is still prevalent, we understand that symptoms can be fast-moving. Therefore until further notice, we are waiving our 24 hour policy. However, as a micro business, we thank you in advance for any extra notice you can provide
