We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise which means you're no longer able to attend your appointment.
If your appointment is over 24 hours, you can simply reschedule through the booking confirmation email.
We kindly ask that you, wherever possible, provide us with 24 hours notice. This gives us time to pop your slot onto our socials and hopefully have it used by someone else in need.
Due to Covid-19, we appreciate things can develop quickly and you might need to give us shorter notice. If you have to cancel for this reason, we would first give you the option to defer to a later time. We can also refund you the deposit paid.
